Data security

Google User Data Access

Our application accesses certain Google user data strictly for the purposes of providing our services. Specifically, we may collect and use the following data from Google accounts, with the user’s consent:

- User email address

- Basic profile information (name, profile picture)

- Any other specific data required for the functioning of our service, clearly communicated to the user during the authorization process.

We only access this data to the extent necessary to deliver the functionalities of our application. This data is never used for purposes other than those explicitly outlined in this privacy policy, and it is not shared or sold to third parties.

No Sale of Personal Data

Revoluspace does not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data, including any data accessed through Google services, to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with service providers involved in delivering our services, under strict confidentiality obligations.

Rights of data subjects

Pursuant to the Applicable Regulations, data subjects are reminded that they have the following rights:

- Right of access, including the right to obtain copies of all of their Personal Data, as well as essential details of how Personal Data is processed;

- Right to obtain the rectification of their Personal Data, as soon as possible, and the right to have any incomplete, inaccurate, ambiguous or outdated personal data completed;

- Right to the erasure of their Personal Data, as soon as their processing is no longer necessary, or that the Customer or user has withdrawn their consent or has opposed their processing; or when their collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited;

- Right to restriction of processing of Personal Data;

- Right to portability of Personal Data; and

- Right to object to the processing of their Personal Data.

If the data subject wishes to know how Revoluspace uses their Personal Data, to request rectification, to object to the processing thereof, to request deletion thereof, or to request a copy of all Personal Data in possession of Revoluspace, he or she should send his or her request to Revoluspace by mail : contact@revoluspace.com and the request to be accompanied by a copy of valid ID documents, to the following address: Revoluspace, 64, rue Vergniaud, 75013 Paris, France

In addition, the data subjects may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, and in particular with the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

Duration of Data retention

Revoluspace shall keep the Personal Data of data subjects for the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued, and in particular for the provision of its Services, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Personal Data is retained three (3) years from the last incoming contact from the data subject with Revoluspace.

Regarding Clients, for the duration of the subscription, plus three (3) years.

This information may also be kept for an additional period of two (2) years, under restricted and exceptional access, for the purposes of proof in compliance with the Company's legal and regulatory obligations.

Accounting documents and records shall be retained for ten (10) years as accounting evidence.

Google Services

Revoluspace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
